For Sale: 1968 Sunbeam Alpine SV.
This car is in excellent condition, and has been in my care for more than 26 years, with continuous MOT’s for 33 years.
Red with wire wheels and a black interior, plus soft top and tonneau cover. It has always been stored in a damp free garage, and has no corrosion issues. The engine was fully rebuilt approx. 13,000 miles ago by Holbay to their Rally spec and includes a big valve head and twin Weber carbs. John Roseby re-built the gearbox 8,000 miles ago when the overdrive and clutch were also replaced.
All the suspension, brakes, back axle etc. have been fully overhauled and the wire wheels replaced. The body is in excellent condition having been fully treated with Waxoyl over many years. It was also resprayed four years ago.
The car will be sold freshly serviced and is a joy to drive. Due to the low mileage of all the mechanical components it has been very reliable. It has been taken to France three times and extensively around the UK with no issues. The car will be sold with its history file which includes a large amount of invoices detailing all the work carried out over the years.

For sale: 1967 Sunbeam Alpine SV (RMP 260F)
The car is in excellent condition. We have had the car for 26 years. Moving and being a very senior citizen has reluctantly compelled us to sell. It has an active MoT for about 24 of those years. It is Polar White with the original red vinyl, with a soft top plus a tonneau cover. The engine is the original and matches the chassis number B.395015397.OD.HRO, it is fitted with overdrive to third and fourth gears, also fitted with wire wheels. The last MoT showed 53125 genuine mileage. £17,500

For Sale: 1968 Sunbeam Alpine Series V (UMK 130F)
A good solid and well-maintained example that is always garaged. MOT until September 5th. One of the last made (this late
1968 model is number 17,799 out of run of 19,122 Series V Sunbeams). An original GT model with walnut-veneer dashboard and ‘5th gear’ overdrive – essential for modern driving – with soft-top conversion. Owned for past 13 years in which time it has had plenty of loving (and sometimes not so loving) major work to maintain it in tip-top reliable and safe roadworthy condition. Reconditioned engine, inner/outer sill replacements, chassis and other cut-to-bare metal rust work, rack and pinion renovation, new clutch, electrics and refurbishments of twin Stromberg 150 CD carburettors to name but a few. Have mountain of paperwork showing the many thousands spent. Lots of fun to drive and comes with rear seatbelts for adventurous small passengers.
Adapted to electronic ignition and fuel pump (with regulator/filter) for easy winter morning starts but have originals and spares. Hertfordshire/Essex border near Bishop’s Stortford. Asking price: £14,500

FOR SALE: 1968 Sunbeam Alpine Series V (PUW155F)
This was my fathers from 2002 and mine from 2007 when he bought another. We both have been club members for years.
Doing less than 1000 miles a year and not finding the time to enjoy it without dad. I want to restore to Concourse but cannot
find the time. MOT Exempt - has been MOT'd every year with the exception of last year. Inner and outer sills repaired and replaced in 2010 together with NSF wing and both rear leaf springs and resprayed by John Timms. Very solid underneath
(as my mechanic tells me) Alternator and coil replaced a couple of years ago as were the brake pads and pistons. Soft top
fitted - there is a small tear caused by poor storage. Hard top too with repairable damage from storage. I think 2 tonneau
covers. Recently fitted new carpet. I also have more spare parts in the boot than I shake a stick at. What you cant see from
the pictures - small scrape to one sill from parking, scrape to headlamp cowl from a 4x4 driver in Morrisons. More than happy
to answer any questions or send more detailed pictures directly just call or drop me a line. Good little runner for this summer
and may be a good project for a rebuild.

FOR SALE: 1966 Sunbeam Alpine Series V (HAN 603 D)
I have had the car since 1974(45 yrs) and used each summer for many years
but with advancing years i have used it less. It has ALWAYS been garaged.
This is a very original car in good working condition, it is not concours and is
offered at a sensible price. A young enthusiast could easily take it on to a
class winning car. It has the original hood in surprisingly good condition and
a black hardtop. The sills and a respray were done a few years back along with
sundry small repairs (Bill available £2030). Two years ago it was taken to a
classic car mechanic with instructions to go through everything and renew
anything not up to spec, there are two bills listing the work done for, 1.
£1499.75 and 2. £1300.59 both are available. There is a spare Overdrive
gearbox and short propshaft which was fitted for some time but the car is now
back on its standard gear train. Also available is the original engine, stripped,
it was my intention to rebuild it: but I never did! It has Radial Tyres and the original
wheels. There is even the original instruction book.
