We only use your personal data, including any of the personal data listed in section 2 above, in support of the SAOC 'objects' set out in Section 3 of our Articles of Association.  for the following purposes:


SAOC Membership subscription

Distribution of SAOC's magazine and other printed matter

Updating your SAOC Membership records

To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, requirements and guidance

Fraud Investigation in respect of car identity


5. What are the grounds for our processing of your personal information?


Where it is needed, to provide you with products or services in support of the 'Objects' set out in Section 3 of the SAOC 'Articles of Association'.

Unless permitted to do so we will not share your data with Third Parties, however in the event of us doing so for a permitted purpose we will ensure all due diligence is undertaken to protect your data. We will not sell your data to Third Parties.
